Mrs. Darilyn Smart is the wife of Jerome Smart and together they have 3 children. She is a Worship Minister along with her husband at Josiah Reformation Ministries. Darilyn is also the Owner of Smart Foods Caribbean Limited, an agro processing company headquartered in Tobago with a global mandate.
In addition, she functions as the Principal Consultant and Agri-Business Productivity Improvement Coach at Salt Consulting where she assists businesses with adopting and implementing procedures, systems, processes and tools in small agri-business firms.
She is also the current Chairperson of the Tobago Agro Processors Association. Her role at the Association is to foster an environment to assist the members – of which 90% are female; to raise the standard of processing activities, introduce export possibilities and help the women contribute positively to Tobago’s economy. Darilyn’s passion is to see women in business grow from the home kitchen to the “World at Large “.
